In a world that often encourages us to suppress, avoid, or rush through our feelings, it’s easy to lose touch with the voice inside that simply asks to be heard. Emotions—whether joy, anger, sadness, or fear—are messengers. They carry stories of our experiences, our traumas, and even our triumphs.
