What is a Spiritual Alchemist?

A person who guides individuals on a transformational journey that allows you to hear the unique voice of your Spirit - your purest source of Love, Wisdom, Creativity and Inspiration.  It’s the voice that reveals your true identity, as well as purpose, and equips you to navigate and overcome obstacles to reach your highest potential through personal and spiritual growth. In a nutshell, Tilde can show you how to light up the world from the inside-out!

What is Spirituality?

It’s not about religion.  It’s the recognition of a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than myself, something more to being human than our sensory experience, and that the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or Divine in nature.  

What is Positive Psychology?

It’s NOT about thinking happy thoughts all the time, it’s much more.  

While many other branches of psychology tend to focus on dysfunction and abnormal behavior, positive psychology is centered on helping people become happier.  It’s a scientific and professional movement that brings together the latest research in neuroscience, mindfulness, contemplative studies, and holistic medicine. Positive Psychology focuses on how to help human beings prosper and lead healthy, meaningful  and happy lives. Tilde is a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner & Facilitator.

How many people are in the group sessions?

Most of our groups are 15 individuals or less to maintain an intimate atmosphere, so  everyone feels seen and heard.

Do you only work with women?

The group sessions are predominantly made up of women and some of our programs will specify “women only”.  

However, I thoroughly enjoy working with both men and women in both my private and group sessions.
